IT Operations Manager

Eurotraining , a leading educational organization, is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our IT team and drive the continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure.
This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the efficiency and strategic alignment of all IT systems with the organization’s goals.
Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies that support and align with the organization’s overall objectives Oversee the administration, configuration and day-to-day support of business applications and IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement of business processes Implement and monitor IT policies to safeguard systems and data while identifying and mitigating digital risks in collaboration with internal stakeholders Lead, mentor and coordinate the IT team, fostering high performance, collaboration and professional development Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in similar IT role Proven experience in cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure management is highly desirable Basic understanding of web developement Strong leadership skills with experience in team and project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills Benefits : Competitive remuneration package A modern, collaborative and supportive working environment that fosters continuous learning, professional developement and teamwork
