Salary:

– €1,846 monthly

– The full source description also states a gross annual salary of up to €24,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent

Work arrangement:

– On-site work at an educational campus in Larnaca

Main duties:

– Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff, students and visitors.

– Help identify and implement practical solutions to IT problems within strict response deadlines.

– Investigate issues and recommend improvements to technology resources and services.

– Support the audio-visual and IT requirements of campus events and activities.

– Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers and related systems.

– Repair or replace IT and audio-visual equipment when needed.

– Support IT asset management, stock control and technology procurement.

– Learn and apply new technologies that improve educational services.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computing or a related field.

– Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 systems.

– At least two years of experience in an IT-related position, with competence in Windows-based applications.

– Ability to maintain IT and audio-visual equipment.

– Excellent Greek and English.

– Punctuality, discipline, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
