Resposibilities: Receive and accurately record guest orders for food and beverages, ensuring all special requests are noted.
Promptly and courteously deliver orders to guest rooms, maintaining the presentation and quality of items Accurately prepare and present guest bills, handle payments, and address any billing inquiries Arrange in-room dining tables, ensure proper table settings, and create a pleasant dining atmosphere Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs, inquiries, and special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stocked
