IoT / Desktop Support Lead at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for IoT / Desktop Support Lead.

Salary:

• €42,300–€63,400 per year

Work arrangement:

• On-site

Main duties:

• Lead and mentor the IoT and desktop-support team and set priorities for day-to-day service delivery.
• Coordinate device deployments, monitoring, maintenance and lifecycle activities.
• Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and lead root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain operating procedures for provisioning, configuration and support.
• Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders during technology rollouts.
• Track device health, operational metrics and team performance and use the findings to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in IT support or IoT operations, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of networking, device management and service-desk or ITSM workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex device and desktop issues and guide other support engineers.
• Experience with IoT platforms, network appliances, monitoring tools or distributed support teams is advantageous.
