International Admissions Officer at University of Limassol
The University of Limassol is seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Admissions Officer to join its dynamic team.
As a key member of our team, you will help manage and enhance the University’s international admissions operations, playing a vital role in attracting and welcoming students from around the world.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage daily inquiries and applications from international students, ensuring timely collection and verification of required documentation.
· Track and follow up on leads generated through international recruitment platforms subscribed to by the University.
· Issue acceptance letters and provide supporting documentation for visa applications as needed.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date international student records in the CRM; ensure timely processing of applications, offer letters, and admissions folders.
· Coordinate with the Finance team to process tuition payments, update shared records, and support accurate agent commission payments.
· Offer guidance to non-EU applicants on visa requirements and procedures.
· Liaise regularly with immigration authorities (in Nicosia or Limassol), preparing and submitting required documentation and staying informed on visa processes.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with immigration officials.
· Collaborate with academic staff on matters related to international admissions.
· Ensure compliance with University admissions policies and procedures.
· Provide administrative support and assist the Associate Director for International Admissions as needed.
· Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· A University degree, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
· Prior experience in International Student Admissions and Recruitment will be considered an asset.
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, administrative, communication, and computer skills.
· Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
