Internal Accountant at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Internal Accountant.

Salary:

• €24,000–€28,000 annually

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• Based in Nicosia.

Main duties:

• Support internal accounting for a business-services provider serving local and international clients.
• Maintain client data and prepare accounting records, bank reconciliations and creditor reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT and VIES returns.
• Report and reconcile client statements of account.
• Communicate directly with clients to manage credit control.
• Work closely with and report to the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience in a corporate, management or business-services firm dealing with local and international clients.
• Relevant academic studies are desirable; LCCI Higher or equivalent holders are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Organisation, initiative and a proactive working approach.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 08:15–17:15.
• Friday: 08:15–14:00.
