JOB DESCRIPTION:
Alchemy is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Institutional Sales Manager (B2B) to join our international team!
You will be a part of the team focusing on promoting our Multi-Asset & Multi-Jurisdictional Liquidity Solutions, Trading Platform Solutions and white label solutions for FX Brokers and Prop Firms.
In more detail, the Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Prospecting for new clients in Cyprus and internationally. There are no geographical restrictions.
- Building and developing your own book of business.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promoting Alchemy liquidity, trading platforms and white label solutions.
- Attending FX and CFD industry trade shows, expos and networking events to find new business.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiating favorable terms with new clients.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, build strong client relationships, and ensure the company’s long-term success in the B2B market.
- Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business strategies.
- Maintaining up to date CRM records and files.
- Cross selling related services of our sister companies within the group (EMI, technology and Crypto).
- Performing any other related duties as requested by the Direct Supervisor or the Management.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Proven experience in a B2B or Business Development Manager role within the FinTech/Forex industry is a must.
- An existing book of business is a must.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Strong FX and CFD industry knowledge.
- Business fluency in English language. Knowledge in additional languages would be considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated persona with strong sales skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
