Indirect Retail Specialist at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Indirect Retail Specialist.

Salary:

– €2,300–€2,900 gross per month

Main duties:

– Turn channel strategy into market-ready plans and maintain annual and rolling commercial calendars.

– Coordinate go-to-market readiness across systems, data, materials, communications and retailer registration.

– Design and administer retailer incentive mechanics, eligibility, targets, tracking, reconciliation and evaluation.

– Prepare briefs, guidelines and toolkits, define system improvements and support testing and adoption.

– Monitor KPIs, performance, risks and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

– Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

– Two to three years in commercial planning, trade marketing, sales operations, channel support or a similar role.

– Strong project coordination, systems, database, reporting and digital-platform skills.

– Analytical KPI focus, stakeholder-management ability and fluency in Greek and English.
