Company Description:

Reanda Cyprus Ltd, a well-established audit firm, is seeking to employ a high caliber individual for the position of HR Officer, for full time employment at their offices in Nicosia.

Job Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive HR Administration and support across all aspects of HR Department with the Day-to-Day operations of the department
  • Carrying out all the necessary actions/submissions to local authorities (Ergani, ANAD, ERMIS etc)
  • Assist with the completion of all legislative documentation (unemployment forms, maternity, sick leave benefits etc)
  • Maintaining monthly payroll calculations for our clients and arrange the necessary monthly payments (Social insurance and taxes)
  • Liaising with social insurance office and other relevant Government departments
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ad hoc projects within the HR department

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Human Resource Management / Business Administration will be considered as an advantage
  • Relevant experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Premiersoft payroll software will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in both Greek and English Languages
