Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Graduate Programs Engagement:

• Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website
• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone or video screenings
• Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to promote the company’s graduate programs and internship opportunities
• Plan and participate in career fairs and networking events

HR Administration & Employee Support:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
