HR Officer – Nammos Restaurant at Parklane Resort & Spa

Are you passionate about people and luxury hospitality? Join our great team at Parklane Resort & Spa, as an HR Officer for our branded Nammos Restaurant.

In this role, you’ll lead the full HR lifecycle for our restaurant team – from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and performance. You’ll collaborate closely with our restaurant General Manager and be supported by the wider HR department, making a real impact on the employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Managing the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to exit
• Leading talent acquisition: posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Delivering a welcoming onboarding experience and ensuring seamless integration for new joiners
• Supporting employee relations, conflict resolution, and day-to-day HR needs in the workplace
• Coordinating appraisals, probation reviews, and succession planning processes
• Handling HR administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records
• Tracking HR metrics and preparing reports
• Coordinating with the Training & Development Officer to plan and monitor staff training activities
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and immigration regulations
• Managing employment processes for third-country nationals (e.g., permits, documentation, timelines)
• Acting as a trusted partner to Restaurant GM
• Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our brand values

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury service environments
• Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professional integrity
• Fluent in English and Greek (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Organized, proactive, and people-focused approach
