HR Manager at the JOB HOUSE

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to join our clients team in Nicosia. This key role will lead the HR function, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, supporting our clients growth and culture, and delivering best-in-class HR services across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement

Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data, payroll support, and record-keeping compliance.

Maintain, review and update HR policies, procedures and employee handbook, ensuring compliance with Cyprus labour law.

Champion workplace health & safety, employee wellbeing initiatives and maintain the highest standards of work environment.

Drive the appraisal process: set timelines, coordinate manager training, monitor follow-through and link outcomes to development plans.

Conduct employee surveys, analyse feedback, devise and implement action plans to enhance engagement and retention.

Partner with senior leadership to develop the annual HR strategy, setting SMART objectives, milestones and monitoring progress.

Undertake other HR-related duties as required to support business needs and strategic objectives

Qualifications and experience:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in a similar position is required

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices

Technologically savvy; Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) will be considered an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Detail-oriented and process-driven

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude

Fluent Greek and English
