Salary:

– €3,200–€4,800 monthly

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for an HR Manager.

Main duties:

– Maintain organisational structures and accurate job descriptions

– Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee guidance

– Support workforce planning and compliance with employment legislation

– Develop HR policies, training, engagement and culture initiatives

– Supervise junior HR staff and maintain confidential documentation

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field

– Master’s degree is advantageous

– 5–7 years of relevant HR experience

– Strong knowledge of Cyprus employment law

– Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a proactive approach
