The licensed recruitment agency the JOB HOUSE (License No. 505), on behalf of its client, is looking for an HR Administrator.

Role Summary:

The HR Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring HR compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains and updates employee records and HR databases accurately.

Assists in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees.

Ensures employee attendance is recorded appropriately and informs Heads of Departments in case of any issues.

Ensures that annual and sick leave, as well as shift schedules for all staff members are properly recorded and updated in the respective systems.

Supports payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, leaves, bonuses).

Prepares HR-related reports as needed (e.g., headcount, absenteeism, turnover).

Resolves employee questions regarding the company’s policies, benefits and procedures. 

Assists in maintaining and improving HR systems and processes.

Handles administrative tasks related to benefits enrolment, time-off tracking, and performance evaluations.

Responsible for tracking the IT inventory of the company (tracking the stock in the storage, electronic update of the inventory, providing head offices and shops with the necessary equipment etc.)

Qualifications and experience:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.

Technologically savvy; Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) will be considered an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented and process-driven.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.

Fluent Greek and English
