HR ADMINISTRATOR at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean
Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator for Pafos Head Offices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Very good knowledge of computer systems and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- High level of honesty, discretion, and professionalism
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department and Group HR Manager
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately
- Prepare and manage employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and forms
- Ensure all new starter paperwork is completed prior to induction
- Set up new employees on the HR system and support the onboarding process
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies on internal and external platforms
- Assist with employee training records and development documentation
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly filed and kept up to date
- Handle HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR information at all times
