Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator for Pafos Head Offices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Very good knowledge of computer systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • High level of honesty, discretion, and professionalism
  • Pleasant and friendly personality
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department and Group HR Manager
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately
  • Prepare and manage employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and forms
  • Ensure all new starter paperwork is completed prior to induction
  • Set up new employees on the HR system and support the onboarding process
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies on internal and external platforms
  • Assist with employee training records and development documentation
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly filed and kept up to date
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR information at all times
