About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. You will be the backbone of our local HR operations, ensuring that all employee-related documentation and migration processes are handled with precision and care. This role is critical for providing a seamless and positive experience for our employees in Cyprus.
Your Role
- Handle the full cycle of employee documentation, including preparing and signing employment contracts, addendums, and issuing employment certificates.
- Manage the entire process of obtaining and renewing residence permits for employees, which includes preparing document packages, submitting applications, and visiting the migration office.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding documentation, migration, and other HR-related inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all employee data in our HRIS (BambooHR) is accurate and up-to-date.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of local HR operational processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an HR Administration, Office Management, or a similar role within Cyprus.
- A solid understanding of local labour laws and documentation requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Hands-on experience with the Cypriot migration process will be a strong plus.
- Strong IT skills, in particular MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and Greek.
