Hotel Maintenance Technician at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Hotel Maintenance Technician.

Salary:

– €1,500–1,900 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Limassol.

Main duties:

– Inspect and maintain hotel facilities and equipment.

– Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building-system faults.

– Respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.

– Keep accurate maintenance and repair records and follow safety standards.

– Assist with equipment installations and coordinate contractors and hotel departments.

Requirements:

– Proven hotel or similar technical-maintenance experience.

– Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building systems and general hotel maintenance.

– Ability to work independently and with a team.

– Fluent Greek and English, good time management and attention to detail.

– Flexibility for urgent operational needs.
