Hostess at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for the position of Hostess / Host at Leonardo Cypria Bay.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains the highest levels of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Has general knowledge of the restaurant and its procedures in order to answer any queries that guests may have.
• Collaborates with the Restaurant Manager for the coordination of reservations.
• Greets customers entering the restaurant, paying particular attention to guests with disabilities.
• Welcomes guests and accompanies them to their table.
• Provides guests with menus when applicable.
• Speaks with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service and handles complaints professionally.
• Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that guests’ concerns are addressed.
• Performs marketing and promotional activities and participates in special events and services when required.
• Has excellent knowledge of cash machines and their operating systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in the same or a similar position.
• Good level of Greek and English.
• Pleasant and cheerful personality.
• Strong active listening and speaking skills, with clear speech and good oral comprehension.
