The Role:

An established international trading firm is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and optimise global operational functions, including client onboarding, funding, payments, and compliance. Reporting to the COO, this senior leader will develop strategies, manage daily operations, drive process improvements, and lead a high-performing team to ensure efficiency and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver operational strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee daily operations: onboarding, funding, payments.
Lead, coach, and develop an operations team.
Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure systems and workflows meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and report to senior management.
Support budget planning and manage operational costs.

Candidate Profile:

5+ years in a senior operations role within a brokerage or financial services.
Deep understanding of the CFD/FX market and client operations.
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience with compliance and regulatory processes.
Degree-level education in a relevant field.
