Position: Head of Marketing

Location: Remote (Limassol, CY)

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: €4k – €6k / month

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for a Head of Marketing.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the marketing function and directly impact business growth, channel scaling and expansion into new markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive the marketing strategy and execution.
• Scale acquisition channels such as Facebook, UAC, SEO and influencers.
• Manage and grow the partner network, including affiliates and agencies.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV and FTD.
• Analyze traffic performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and optimize reporting and analytics systems.
• Oversee tracking setup.
• Launch and test new acquisition channels.
• Manage marketing budgets.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics.
• Proven experience in scaling traffic across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills.
• English level: C1.
