Responsibilities:

Build and optimize the end-to-end commercial process: Manage everything from lead generation to client base expansion.

  • Define and implement clear KPIs: Establish measurable performance metrics for all sales team members to ensure accountability and efficiency
  • Develop and execute a scalable revenue strategy: Focus on sustainable growth and long-term partnerships
  • Drive client acquisition: Source new business through strategic prospecting, networking, and partnerships in key vertical markets
  • Create high-quality sales enablement materials: Develop assets that support the sales process and strengthen the company’s brand identity
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales execution with platform capabilities and market trends
  • Performance monitoring: Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report key insights to executive leadership
  • Operational excellence: Design scalable sales processes that ensure consistency, structure, and transparency across the entire team
  • Brand representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences to increase market awareness and authority

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: A deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial technology, and B2B SaaS. Experience selling payment platforms, orchestration, or white-label solutions is highly preferred
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building or scaling a sales function and achieving tangible revenue growth
  • Leadership: Strong skills in mentoring and motivating high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies and structures
  • Communication: A clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Network: Established connections within the payments and fintech ecosystem
  • Operational Discipline: Data-driven, structured, and capable of creating effective, repeatable sales processes
  • Cultural Fit: An entrepreneurial spirit, transparency, and a collaborative mindset—you thrive in a culture built on accountability and innovation
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Russian is a plus, but not required
