This role requires an experienced and proactive sales professional to lead the expansion of the firm’s SaaS partnership network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads while also developing new business opportunities through strategic outbound sales initiatives. Job Responsibilities
Business Structuring & Strategy
• Define the commercial architecture of Company’s white-label proposition—including pricing, packaging, positioning, and legal frameworks.
• Build and scale the B2B business unit from the ground up, including GTM, sales operations, and client success playbooks.
Sales & Strategic Partnerships
• Identify, target, and close high-potential partners—entrepreneurs, fintech firms, brokerages, or influencers—interested in launching their own prop trading companies.
• Develop and manage a high-performing pipeline of qualified B2B leads across key markets (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
Client Engagement & Expansion
• Cultivate strong, long-term commercial relationships with clients and partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and scalable post-sale growth.
• Identify upsell, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes to shape Company’s competitive advantage in the white-label trading space.
• Represent the company at global conferences, events, and high-level client meetings.
Job Requirements
• 5+ years in a commercial leadership role within prop trading, fintech, brokerage, or B2B SaaS (preferably in trading tech).
• Proven network of industry contacts in the prop trading, brokerage, or trading education spaces.
• Strong experience building B2B pipelines and closing enterprise-level deals from scratch.
• Expertise in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, MT4/5/other APIs, risk management, and the prop firm ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a growth-mindset and entrepreneurial grit.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience working with proprietary trading firms or brokers.
• Familiarity with trading platforms or financial markets.
• Multilingual capabilities.
