Job Responsibilities
· Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen brigade across the outlets ensuring high culinary standards and consistency.
· Design and execute creative, guest-focused menus while conducting regular taste checks and overseeing food production to ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation in line with hotel standards.
· Manage recipe costing, food budgets, and inventory in coordination with the F&B Management and procurement team.
· Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP standards) by implementing cleanliness protocols, inspecting staff practices, and overseeing proper food storage and handling in line with health regulations.
· Recruit, supervise, train, and motivate a diverse culinary team.
· Collaborate closely with the F&B Department and the Hotel Management to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.
· Communicate clearly with staff and management.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior role within a 5-star hotel or resort setting.
· Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
· Excellent leadership skills.
· Experienced in supervising, training, and motivating kitchen staff.
· Strong command of diverse cooking techniques and professional kitchen equipment.
· Solid knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and kitchen financials.
· Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
· Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP.
· Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
