Head Bartender

As a Head Bartender at alma beach , you will lead the bar team and be responsible for delivering a refined, consistent and high-quality beverage experience in a calm, luxury beach club environment.
With strong leadership, creativity and attention to detail, you will shape the bar operation and uphold the Alma Beach service standards. alma beach opens in May and is a luxury, tranquil beach club, combining exceptional food quality, high-end service and an elegant natural setting.

Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising daily bar operations to ensure consistency and excellence.
Creating and maintaining high-quality beverage standards, presentation and recipes.
Training, guiding and motivating the bar team.
Ensuring full knowledge and implementation of the beverage menu.
Managing bar mise en place, stock control and ordering procedures.
Ensuring cleanliness, organization and hygiene of all bar areas.
Collaborating closely with management and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Handling guest interactions and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
