At the helm of the cocktail experience at Daios Cove are The Clumsies, top mixologists from Athens and their award-winning bar, consistently in the top spots of the #Worlds50BestBars.
Therefore, our Bartender will work closely with the team to create the perfect cocktails and organize the team of the bar.
In your department: Welcoming guests, listening to them to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
Planning drink menus and informing both guests and service team about new beverages and specials.
Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well stocked.
Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
Maintaining a clean work and dining area, adhering to health & safety regulations.
Developing new cocktail recipes.
