Guest Relations Supervisor The Role: The Guest Relations Supervisor at Domes Resorts is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience by overseeing the guest relations team and managing guest interactions.
This role involves enhancing guest satisfaction through personalized service, addressing concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with: Develop strategies to boost guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure personalized service across all guest touchpoints.
Train, supervise, and mentor the Guest Relations team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive, high-standard team culture.
Liaise with departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to fulfill guest requests.
Communicate guest preferences to relevant teams.
Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and departmental performance.
Upsell room upgrades and hotel facilities (restaurants, bar, spa).
Maintain accurate guest records in the hotel management system.
Support development of guest service policies and procedures.
