Lesante Collection is looking to recruit for season 2026 a passionate: Guest Relations Supervisor High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection, is comprised of three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos, representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all.
The Group is both family-owned and a proud ambassador for the island’s riches, a characteristic that shines through Lesante Cape , Lesante Blu and Lesante Classic , the three Lesante Collection resorts.
Each hotel is inspired by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian island.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience Coordinate VIP treatments, special requests, celebrations & tailored services Supervise and support the Guest Relations team daily Maintain strong communication between Front Office and other hotel departments Resolve guest concerns with empathy, efficiency, and discretion Uphold the brand standards of The Leading Hotels of the World Best candidate’s profile: Previous experience in Guest Relations / Front Office in 5* hospitality Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent communication and guest service mindset Consistently professional personal presentation and grooming standards Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) A warm, positive, and polished professional presence Lesante Collection offers: A refined and inspiring work environment Professional development and growth opportunities within Lesante Collection Competitive compensation package Accommodation & meals Should you wish to be a member of the Lesante Collection team, please send us your CV with a photo.
