GUEST RELATIONS

Tasks

·        Ensuring excellent guest experience at all times

·        Problem solving and reporting

The candidates should have:

·        Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.

·        A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a position with proven exceptional interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills.

·        Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.

·        Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.

·        Team spirit and pleasant personality.

·        Energy and enthusiasm with great listening skills.

·        Experience in working at a 4 or 5* hotel or a solid interpersonal background is preferred.

·        Additional foreign language is an advantage.
