Groups Coordinator Executive at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking a Groups Coordinator for our Head Offices in Paphos.

 

Role Overview

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Groups Coordinator will play a key role in managing and developing Group & MICE business across our hotel portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with the Group Manager, Yield & Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, General Managers, and F&B Managers across all hotels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international travel partners within the Groups & MICE segment
• Develop and expand the partners’ database
• Promote the hotel portfolio locally and internationally for Groups & MICE business
• Attend travel fairs, trade shows, and industry events (local and abroad)
• Create rates, packages, and promotional offers
• Develop marketing content and supporting materials
• Manage group inquiries including availability, quotations, and follow-ups
• Ensure close coordination with hotel operations for conferences, F&B, and events
• Conduct visits to DMCs and corporate partners to strengthen brand awareness and positioning

Requirements

• Strong industry knowledge in hospitality, Groups, and/or MICE
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage group inquiries, quotations, and operational follow-up effectively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
