Group Bookings & Call Center Coordinator – K Cineplex Larnaca

Location: K Cineplex Larnaca

K Cineplex is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Group Bookings Coordinator to manage incoming calls and inquiries for group bookings. This role is vital for ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial contact through to the successful realization of booked events.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for incoming group booking calls and inquiries

• Provide detailed information and guidance to customers regarding booking options, packages, and event processes

• Assist customers throughout the booking process, ensuring clarity and smooth execution

• Liaise closely with management and cinema departments to coordinate event requirements

• Maintain accurate records of communications, bookings, and follow-ups

• Support in resolving customer questions or issues promptly and professionally

• Help coordinate logistics to ensure that events run seamlessly on the day

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional telephone manner

• Organized and able to manage multiple enquiries efficiently

• Team player with the ability to liaise across different departments

• Computer literate with good command of Greek and English languages

• Previous experience in customer service, event coordination, or bookings is an advantage

• Detail-oriented and proactive in follow-up
