Main duties:

– Prepare funds-flow models for investments, exits and dividend payments across multiple regions.

– Coordinate transaction steps and post-closing actions with internal teams and external advisers.

Requirements:

– One to two years of international-tax experience.

– Exposure to cross-border transaction modelling and excellent English.
