Funds Flow Analyst at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Funds Flow Analyst.

Salary:

– €2,600–3,000 per month.

– Discretionary annual performance bonus.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– Office-based in Nicosia.

Main duties:

– Prepare funds-flow models for new investments, exits and dividend distributions across Asia, Europe, the United States and Latin America.

– Coordinate transaction steps, payments and post-closing actions with tax, legal, finance and deal teams.

– Work with external advisers, banks and administrators to ensure timely execution.

– Monitor completion of post-closing items and follow up with all responsible parties.

– Build effective relationships with deal teams and understand their business practices and requirements.

– Maintain productive working relationships with tax advisers, lawyers and other specialists.

Requirements:

– 1–2 years of international-tax experience gained in-house or within professional services.

– Exposure to funds-flow analysis and cross-border transaction modelling.

– Private-equity transactions or cross-border M&A experience.

– Familiarity with Cyprus holding structures, shareholder loans, equity contributions, redemptions, distributions and liquidations.

– Fluent English and good Excel knowledge.

– Attention to detail, sound time management, adaptability and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

– Positive attitude, intellectual rigour and curiosity.
