**Main duties:**

– Translate real trading and dealing workflows into clear product priorities.

– Set practical standards for information quality, execution awareness, risk and usability.

– Work with product, design and engineering teams to turn market insights into scoped decisions.

– Test workflows, identify friction and edge cases, and explain their market impact.

**Requirements:**

– At least five years of hands-on experience in trading, dealing, trading-product management, risk or trading operations.

– Strong knowledge of market structure, order execution, position management and risk discipline.

– Experience with professional trading platforms and sound product judgement.

– Working English; Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage.

– Availability for approximately 20 hours per week.

**Schedule:**

– Approximately 20 hours per week.

– Regular hybrid work with an office-first arrangement in Limassol.
