Forex retention manager at Alpha.Jobs

We are looking for experienced Retention Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in client retention within the Forex industry, preferably with a regulated brokerage. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, maximizing client satisfaction, and ensuring continued engagement with our trading services.

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Retention Manager or in a similar role within the Forex industry.

• Experience working for a regulated Forex company is mandatory.

• English speakers

Or one of the following languages:

Arabic, German, or French

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
