On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Foreman – Site Supervisor to join a growing and well organized company in Nicosia. The role is suitable for candidates with or without previous experience who possess strong organizational and coordination skills and an interest in the construction and project sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site and project activities

• Monitor work progress and support the smooth execution of construction projects

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians, and internal teams

• Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and project requirements

• Assist with organizing materials, equipment, and site operations

• Support communication between site teams and management

• Monitor compliance with safety procedures and quality standards

• Prepare updates and reports regarding project progress

• Support the successful completion and delivery of projects

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, site supervision, or project coordination will be considered an advantage but is not essential

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

• Practical mindset and willingness to learn

• Responsible and professional attitude

• Ability to work effectively within a team and on site

• Good communication skills

• Fluency in Greek language

• EU citizenship is required

• Competitive salary package ranging from €2,000 to €2,500 gross monthly depending on experience and qualifications

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 07:00 – 15:30 / 16:00
