Fitness Trainer (Clinical Pilates) at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Fitness Trainer (Clinical Pilates).

Salary:

• €1,300–€1,800 monthly

Work arrangement:

• On-site

Main duties:

• Design and deliver individual exercise and Clinical Pilates programmes.
• Lead one-to-one and small-group sessions using mat and equipment work.
• Coach correct technique, posture and safe exercise progression.
• Monitor progress, adjust programmes and maintain accurate client records.
• Educate clients about home exercise, ergonomics and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Education, Sport Science or Physiotherapy.
• Clinical Pilates certification or training is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering exercise or rehabilitation programmes.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and exercise prescription.
• Strong communication and client-motivation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Physiotherapist applicants must hold the legally required registration and practising licence.
• Experience in rehabilitation, sport or wellness is an advantage.
