Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated F&B Manager to support and oversee our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and presentation.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene are consistently met
• Manage, train, and supervise F&B staff
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies
• Control costs and maximize revenue and profitability
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Prepare reports on sales, performance, and budgets

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar F&B management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
