F&B Manager at Dart Recruitment

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced F&B Manager to join a luxury hotel environment in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading high-performing food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Food and Beverage operations within the hotel
• Ensure high standards of service quality, guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Lead, train and motivate F&B teams to achieve performance targets
• Monitor budgets, costs, stock levels and overall profitability
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with senior management to align F&B strategy with hotel objectives
• Manage guest feedback and implement service improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as F&B Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards and cost control
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Ability to work under pressure in a luxury hotel environment
• Guest-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
