Main duties:

– Assess client facility needs and prepare asset registers and maintenance plans.

– Monitor suppliers, quality, budgets and the timely completion of works.

– Manage client and supplier stakeholders and support new-business development.

Requirements:

– Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or a related field.

– At least five years of facilities or property-management experience.

– Project-management knowledge and fluency in Greek and English.
