INQUIRIUM Ltd. is seeking an EU Project Manager to join our team in Nicosia. The role focuses on the management and implementation of EU-funded projects (e.g., Erasmus+, Creative Europe, CERV, Horizon Europe), partner coordination, and the preparation of research outputs and competitive proposals.

Duties and responsibilities of the role

•      Management and implementation of EU-funded projects in programmes such as Erasmus+, Creative Europe, CERV, Horizon Europe, including: 

•  Conduct literature reviews and prepare comprehensive reports.

•  Execute fieldwork research, including interviews, surveys, observations, and focus groups.

•  Prepare data collection instruments, analyse data, and present findings.

•  Design and develop training and learning materials for various delivery modes, including face-to-face, blended, and online formats.

•  Deliver training sessions in the areas of expertise and facilitate workshops.

•  Lead the development and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

•  Monitor and manage project activities, providing administrative support as needed.

•  Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project milestones.

•  Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, representing the organisation at project meetings, events, and conferences.

•  Travel abroad for project-related activities as required.

•      Prepare research proposals, grant applications, and tenders to secure funding for future projects.

•      Contribute to the strategic direction of the company through successful bid submissions.

Required qualifications

•      A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences, or Humanities, and a Master’s degree in one of these or a closely related field.

•      Proven project management experience, including at least one year managing EU-funded projects (e.g. Erasmus+, Creative Europe, CERV, Horizon Europe).

•      Excellent command of English and Greek, both spoken and written.

•      Strong academic writing skills in both languages.

•      Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.

•      Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

•      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

•      Ability to network and represent the organisation professionally.

Desirable qualifications

•      Experience in scholarly writing (list of publications, or ORCID/Researcher ID).

•      Previous involvement in preparing research proposals, grant applications, or tenders.

•      Knowledge of project management principles (certification in PRINCE2, MS Project, or equivalent is an asset).

•      Prior experience in research and/or training initiatives.

Position specifics

•      Start date: Immediate.

•      Location: Full-time, onsite position in Nicosia with flexible hybrid work options.

•      Probation: In line with Cyprus labour law.
