JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for verifying new and old first-time depositors (FTDs), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in managing verification tasks are essential for success in this position.
Verification & Client Communication:
• Follow, check, and call new and old FTDs to complete the verification process.
• Conduct verification of professional confirmations.
Task Management & Communication:
• Handle requests and inquiries from Telegram and Slack groups in all brands.
• Ensure smooth and efficient handling of verification-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of verification processes and updates.
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with team members, sales agents and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Provide timely updates on verification progress and challenges.
• Assist in improving verification procedures for enhanced efficiency and compliance..
