Employee Driver at AYA Resort Ltd

We’re on the lookout for an Employee Driver who brings energy, charm, and provides consistent, high-quality service across all shifts!

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from the hotel for their shifts.
• Upon Management’s request, safely transport employees to any other designated location (i.e. local authorities).
• Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the relevant department.
• Ensure operational equipment is used properly and stored after use.
• Maintain clear communication with employees.
• Follow the weekly route schedule as prepared by the Rooms Division team.
• Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the Front Office Management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
• Valid EU driving license.
• Compliance to legislations of driving a vehicle.
• Great attention to detail and time management.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Good knowledge of local routes and destinations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
