IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. Noteris Services Limitedon behalf of IronFX is looking to hire a Dispute Resolution Officer to join the Limassol office!

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, international environment and a growing Compliance Department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Dispute Resolution Team to effectively manage and resolve client complaints, ensuring our high standards of transparency, professionalism, and regulatory compliance are upheld.

Job Description:

  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalating issues internally as appropriate;
  • Assist with handling, investigating and resolving customers’ complaints within given time frames, in liaison with the relevant internal teams;
  • Negotiating suitable resolutions to customers’ complaints if needed, in liaison with the Dispute Resolution Team and Head of Compliance;
  • Draft formal written responses to complaints in a clear, professional, and compliant manner;
  • Work closely with our Dispute Resolution Team, and under the guidance of the Head of Compliance, to help managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies;
  • Communicate with customers via email or telephone.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • 1–2 years previous experience in a similar role (Customer Support or Complaints) is preferred;
  • Previous experience within the FX/Financial services sector is a must;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Problem solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability;
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written;
  • Fluency in any other language will be considered as an advantage.
