ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, leading private healthcare group in Greece, is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join their team in Athens.
Digital Transformation Project Manager (6248/DTPM/ESS/GR) Key Responsibilities: Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for patient-facing digital products, including mobile applications (iOS & Android) and web platforms Lead UI/UX improvement initiatives through user research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and release cycles Manage digital transformation projects end-to-end, from discovery and planning through implementation and go-live Collaborate closely with clinicians, operations teams, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Collaborate with DevOps and Solution Architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant digital infrastructures Support the development and optimization of cloud-based solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure Provide second-level support for core clinical and ERP systems, including EMR, LIS, RIS, and SAP ERP environments Maintain proper documentation, governance processes, and compliance with healthcare data protection standards Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
