Digital Marketing Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Digital Marketing Manager.

Salary:

– €1,200–2,000 per month.

Employment type:

– Part-time, permanent, mid-level role.

Work arrangement:

– Remote / home-office role based in Paphos.

Main duties:

– Plan and optimise B2B campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for German-speaking energy-sector audiences.

– Manage SEO, content, email, paid advertising and the broader digital-marketing mix.

– Produce or adapt video and static advertising, including with AI tools.

– Maintain social calendars, publishing schedules and community-engagement processes.

– Report campaign KPIs and convert data into improvements.

– Support brand positioning, messaging and lead-generation strategy.

Requirements:

– At least five years in online or digital marketing.

– Demonstrable Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn campaign experience.

– SEO, content, email, paid-media and analytics knowledge.

– Strong analytical skills and excellent written and spoken English.

– German is advantageous.

– Ability to work independently and deliver in a flexible part-time setup.
