What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies tailored to a digital-first audience
• Lead all digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing.
• Create and oversee compelling digital content — from social campaigns and video storytelling to interactive promotions and influencer collaborations
• Plan and manage high-impact digital campaigns around film releases, premieres, and seasonal events
• Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools to optimize engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Manage online brand presence, ensuring consistency across platforms and strong audience engagement
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and media partners to expand reach and visibility
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep K Cineplex at the forefront of innovation

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (experience in entertainment, retail, or hospitality is a plus)
• Strong expertise in social media platforms, paid ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
• A passion for movies and digital storytelling
• Fluent in Greek and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Flexible to support digital coverage of events, premieres, and campaigns outside standard hours
