Salary:

– €30,000–€40,000 per year

Employment type:

Work arrangement:

– Office-based with occasional travel and work from home

Main duties:

– Run outbound acquisition across email LinkedIn Telegram X communities and industry forums

– Manage media buying affiliate and referral activity in restricted verticals

– Develop SEO and content initiatives and strengthen community presence

– Qualify leads and report acquisition performance

Requirements:

– Two to four years of digital growth or outbound acquisition experience

– Knowledge of campaigns list building email tooling and CRM workflows

– Strong copywriting analytical and channel-economics skills

– Fluent English with sector relationships or a second language advantageous
