Your Role

The Designer Assistant will provide technical and administrative support for ongoing and upcoming design projects across the Group’s properties. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Support the execution and monitoring of design and ambiance projects across all properties.
• Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using Revit and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding materials, deliveries, quotations, and product specifications.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure implementation aligns with approved designs and standards.
• Maintain and monitor inventory related to décor, materials, and ambiance equipment, including periodic stocktaking.
• Assist in documentation, measurements, reports, and general project administration.
• Ensure all design-related work meets YONIK Group standards and operational requirements.

 

What We Value

 

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a design or technical support role.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and SketchUp (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and hotel teams.
• Ability to work across multiple properties when required.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
