1. Job Position: Delivery dispatcher

2. Reporting to: restaurant manager-operations manager

3. Job Definition To organize,and execute the dispatch of customers orders to delivery drivers n order to provide excellent service to guests, fast and courteous and increase the profitability of department.

4. Duties and Responsibilities

❖ To have detailed information about the delivery services provided by the staff.

❖ To have up to date information on daily operations.

❖ The functioning of the department for the purpose of giving satisfactory delivery service to guests. ❖ To ensure that staff are responding to guests in person to the standards of Wok n Roll.

❖ To be able to handle immediately complaints in coordination with back office supervisor and operations manager.

❖ To make sure that orders are dispatched fast and effectively.

❖ To prepare, understand and communicate all relevant daily reports and statistics.

❖ To handle any problems or miscommunication with delivery drivers from other providers

❖ To keep and maintain the vehicle log book with necessary documentation of vehicles services and maintenance.

❖ To ensure that all drivers are following the road and transport regulations.

❖ To follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management

❖ To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards of himself, staff and to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery dispatch area.

❖ To inspect (dress code, personal appearance, hygiene) to all delivery staff according to the training manual.
