Job Title: Data Engineer ETL Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer ETL Developer to join our growing Data Analytics team. You will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining ETL pipelines, managing data integration across multiple sources, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to move and transform data between systems.
• Work closely with analysts to provide clean, structured data for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and optimize data models, tables, and queries.
• Manage and monitor data workflows to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate new data sources.
• Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Strong SQL skills (experience with complex queries and optimization).
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Databricks, AWS Glue, or similar).
• Familiarity with Python for automation and data transformation.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or Amazon QuickSight..
• Knowledge of APIs and data integrations.
• Basic understanding of BI and reporting tools.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (CY Time)
• Hybrid schedule, 2 days per week working from home, and the potential for up to 3 days per week based on performance
